A Far East engineering conglomerate required a thoroughly researched feasibility study in respect of developing a composites division in order to undertake a diverse range of activities within the group of their companies.
Retrac undertook this feasibility study on behalf of the client and provided a structured, financial plan for the company to consider - inclusive of training staff, provision of tooling - even down to a detailed design of the physical facility they should build to achieve their objectives.
This has resulted in a long term contract for Retrac to develop their strategy in developing a composites assembly division in-house with a number of associated consultancy projects for Retrac to undertake from a design viewpoint. |
